Our maid service keeps your holiday stress-free with cleaning services 6 days a week for 4 hours each day.

Three full-time staff onsite will ensure your stay goes smoothly. Staff will do your laundry (for 250 baht per load), make your beds every day, and can cook Thai food for you to your liking for an additional cooking fee.

Security Deposit:

• 1-3 nights: 5,000 THB
• 4-7 nights: 5,000 THB
• 8-14 nights: 10,000 THB
• 15 nights or longer: 10,000 baht

The deposit will be refunded in full upon check -out, provided there are no damages or outstanding

Please note: Electricity and Water is not included in the rental price it cost 6 THB per Kilowatt. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.
