This amazing luxury tropical 6 bedroom pool villa has all you need for your luxury holiday and is located in peaceful surroundings on Palm Hills Golf Course which is only around 15 mins drive from Hua Hin City Center.

Inside the villa there is a wide open plan living, dining and European style kitchen area which has plenty of space to enjoy meals at the dining table or relaxing watching TV. To stay in shape the villa has a fully equipped gym. There are 6 large bedrooms all of which are ensuite and there is enough inside space to relax and enjoy this luxury property.

Comes with premium TV packages in all rooms with local and international channels.

Outside is made as a tropical oasis with a 18 meter long pool and a lush garden. It is equally as beautiful in the evening time with all the lights as it is during day time. The tropical garden has it all from waterfalls to Koi fish swimming around to give that peaceful state of mind.

The large outdoor terrace is perfectly set up with a BBQ, outdoor kitchen and a large dining table, lounge area and pool table.

The villa also has a Solar Panel to keep electricity costs down!

Option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge. Our service team also provide bookings for local attractions and tours.

Security Deposit:

• 1-3 nights: 5,000 THB
• 4-7 nights: 5,000 THB
• 8-14 nights: 10,000 THB
• 15 nights or longer: 10,000 baht

The deposit will be refunded in full upon check -out, provided there are no damages or outstanding.

Please note: Electricity and Water is not included in the rental price and our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost 6 THB per kilowatt depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.
