This spacious villa spans 1200 square meters villa on a 4800 square meters plot features a 21-meter pool, a gym, and a beautiful garden. It is located within the Palm Hills golf course, a few kilometers north of Hua Hin. The villa includes a housekeeper full day from 8Am to 5PM Monday-Saturday and has a total of 6 bedrooms, accommodating a maximum of 16 guests.

This peaceful villa is situated on a golf course, offering a tranquil setting. It boasts a spacious open living area, a 21-meter pool, a fully equipped gym, a massage room, a TV room with Apple TV and Netflix, and a billiard table.

Additionally, there are two small guesthouses in the garden for added privacy. The villa can accommodate up to 16 people, with 4 bedrooms each equipped with a king size bed and 2 single beds, 3 bedroom with king size beds. 5 Bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.

There are two friendly Labrador dogs on the property. They can be kept away in their enclosed area behind the housekeeper's room if preferred.

No loud parties are allowed on the premises, and the maximum number of guests is limited to 16 at any time, day or night.

Option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge. Our service team also provide bookings for local attractions and tours.

Security Deposit:

• 1-3 nights: 5,000 THB
• 4-7 nights: 5,000 THB
• 8-14 nights: 10,000 THB
• 15 nights or longer: 10,000 baht

The deposit will be refunded in full upon check -out, provided there are no damages or outstanding.

Please note: Electricity and Water is not included in the rental price and our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost 6 THB per kilowatt depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.
