Security Deposit:

• 1-3 nights: 3,000 THB
• 4-7 nights: 5,000 THB
• 8-14 nights: 10,000 THB
• 15 nights or longer: 10,000 baht

The deposit will be refunded in full upon check -out, provided there are no damages or outstanding.

Please note: Electricity and Water is not included in the rental price and our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost 6 THB per kilowatt depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.
