Amazing 5 bedroom villa pool villa with 24 meter long pool. This villa is also have amazing views of the sunset over the mountains. There is also a great restaurant in the project. Secluded neighborhood with 24 hour security. 5 minutes by car to Sai Noi Beach Club and only 20 minutes to city center. Modern architecture and open garden that makes this a tropical oasis for family or friends to enjoy holidays.

Close to the beach and the Sanae beach club at Sai Noi Beach. Only 5 km to the beach from the house. Hua Hin town is 15 minutes away by car and there are 8 golf courses including 2 championship courses (Black Mountain and Banyan) all within 30 minutes drive.

This villa is suited for guests that want a relaxing holiday with friends or family in a peaceful environment as is a family project with strict rules about no outside loud noises and party after 11PM.

• 4-7 nights: 3,000 THB
• 8-14 nights: 5,000 THB
• 15 nights or longer: 10,000 baht

The deposit will be refunded in full upon check -out, provided there are no damages or outstanding

Please note: Electricity and Water is not included in the rental price and our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost 8.5 THB per kilowatt depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa. Water charge 20 THB per unit.
