This Modern 4 bedroom pool villa villa in a close to beaches and city center. The villa set over 1 storey with a roof top. It has open area kitchen and living area.

The large open plan living, dinning and fully equipped modern kitchen. he villas modern architecture with glass sliding doors makes it easy to transform the villa into an open pool oasis.

Maid service included 5 times pr. week half day.

Option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge. Our service team also provide bookings for local attractions and tours.

Security Deposit:

• 1-3 nights: 3,000 THB
• 4-7 nights: 3,000 THB
• 8-14 nights: 5,000 THB
• 15 nights or longer: 10,000 baht

The deposit will be refunded in full upon check -out, provided there are no damages or outstanding

Please note: Electricity and Water is not included in the rental price it cost 6 THB per Kilowatt. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.
