This villa is a perfect choice if you are looking for a contemporary style pool villa in peaceful surrounding for you relaxing holiday. There are 3 large bedrooms all with quality beds that will guarantee a good night sleep There is a good size living room features high ceiling and is pleasantly decorated. An adjoining European kitchen with kitchen island, plenty of storage space as well as oven, black granite countertops and dinning table set is adjacent. There is plenty of outdoor living space with saltwater large pool as well as Jacuzzi to enjoy tranquil atmosphere which is private.

Maid service is included half day (4 hours) 5 times pr week.

Option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge. Our service team also provide bookings for local attractions and tours.

Security Deposit:

• 8-14 nights: 8,000 THB

The deposit will be refunded in full upon check -out, provided there are no damages or outstanding

Please note: Electricity and Water is not included in the rental price it cost 6 THB per Kilowatt. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.
