This new 3 bedroom pool villa is only 10 minutes drive from Hua Hin town centre. The villa has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and is ensuite with a bathtub. Outside there is a good size pool, BBQ area, lots of covered terrace space for relaxing outside.

The development has 24h security, on site restaurant and shuttle bus service to Hua Hin town centre.

Maid service 5 times per week is included half day (4 hours) Tuesday - Saturday !

Option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge. Our service team also provide bookings for local attractions and tours.

Security Deposit:

• 4-7 nights: 3,000 THB
• 8-14 nights: 5,000 THB
• 15 nights or longer: 10,000 baht

The deposit will be refunded in full upon check -out, provided there are no damages or outstanding

Please note: Electricity and Water is not included in the rental price it cost 6 THB per Kilowatt. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.
